Worst delivery app
Poor customer support which does not even try to help the customer. Their drivers take an hour to deliver a food from a 5-10 min away restaurant and Glovo won’t do anything to help or resolve this issue.

No delivery
After three hours and several chats with support assuring that the order will arrive any minute now, order still not delivered. In the end I canceled the order, let’s see if I get a refund.
Scammers
Big group of scammers I’ve ordered a courier service through their app and did this many times before without any problems. The courier always pays in the shop and delivers the parcel and I pay in cash. Now the courier cancelled without reason and I have to pay for the order nonetheless. Support is not helpful, they just charge my account and take money for non-delivery.
