Terrible Customer Service at Glovo Romania, wasted 3 hours, talked to 5 agents, they all said Reimbursement Department will contact me in 10 mins. They never contacted me. They don’t have reference numbers for raised issues/cases. Good when everything goes smooth, terrible when they mess up your order.
This is glovo answer… we are happy to send you a wrong order and glade to tell you this is within our policy to send customers wrong orders. They will never accept there mistake and always find it that they are always right and your always wrong. Unhelpful service Zero 0
De o lună de fiecare dată când am o problemă cu comenzile sunt trimis pe mail unde primesc răspunsuri generice și scuză ca nu mai sunt fonduri pentru a oferi banii înapoi, ironic având în vedere ca plătesc lunar abonamentul lor.
I would give 0 stars honestly but I can’t. Tell me why do I order 3 things for 26 bucks and it comes 45 bucks, like what the hell why the fees cost so much? And the delivery comes so so so late it’s cold. One time the delivery man couldn’t find my house and I waited an hour for him, I thought I put the wrong address but no, I put it correctly. Overall disappointed in everything because what the hell
Worst customer service, basically non existent, especially if you have issues at night time or later. Worst app, order got canceled after 3-4 hours of waiting and on multiple occasions. Support was not there, unable to reach them, only by email. Food bad is bad and the last 5 times i did order something did go wrong. Will uninstall this app.

Poor service, no support received via their chat when the order was wrong, products received expired or with mold in them (potatoes), they just email you saying they are sorry for the inconvenience. I am amazed Glovo has such a good rating, it should be below 3 stars and I am being very indulgent.
Ur better of just going by urself and picking up the order or just eating out. Glovo charges 50% or more for each item u order on top of the normal price.
