After last update, the app is totally useless … you cant track anything, order in advance, get any info …. It does not even let you report a problem in a right way like before. Is it on purpose that you know your servise became so bad that you tried to make the app as much as possible user non-friendly?
As a super regular customer, I ordered meal that haven’t been picked up by courier as he simply didn’t show up. With at least 30 minutes delay, I didn’t have a time anymore to receive the meal, but Glovo refused to issue any refund or taking a responsibility for their logistics mistake since I was forced to cancel the order.
I ordered food and it was delayed by 1.5 hours, application was always updating delivery time as it reached extreme late. As a compensation I got 3 lev, which is ridiculous for that late delivery Also, food was missing my drink
As a tourist I have used Glovo to order food ____________ 1st order : I receive wrong drink (coca cola instead of Coca Cola Zero) + wrong food (2 meals -> 2 errors). I believe I received the order of someone else They offer me credit as a refund. Cool ____________ 2nd order, the next day : I order food at 23:30, supposed to be delivered around 00:10/20. I received the order at 01:10. The food was cold and as you can imagine the taste was disgusting Customer service told me that they can’t offer refund because they suspect fraudulent behaviour. I have chatted with the support, while the driver was coming. They told me the problem in their side, cause there was no driver. ONE HOUR LATE. The food was ready waiting to be picked up for ONE HOUR. How come I am committing a fraud ? I suggest you use different app in order to avoid this type of issue
Отменили мой заказ без объяснения причины, (ждали доставку 2 часа)деньги не вернули, ответа от службы поддержки жду уже две недели! Учитесь работать у Bolt food !

Ne postoji podrska i ako placate porudzbinu karticom i restoran vam isporuci pogresnu ili nepotpunu porudzbinu, apsolutno ne postoji sansa da iko reaguje i da vam se novac refundira!!! Da mogu dao bi nula zvezdica…aplikacije koje su usko vezane za novac moraju imati podrsku za klijente!!!!
The best app!
Whenever I placed a grocery order through Glovo I always get missing items. On every order so far. I stopped believing that it is a coincidence.
Support does absolutely terrible job - Ends conversations without any solution. Curriers going different directions. Support does not care about food being picked up after sitting for 45 minutes in the restaurant. Seems like they have too little drivers. I asked twice for refund and canceling the order but was denied as “food was already prepared” when I asked if it’s ok to pay for cold food the answered with food being collected. Deleting app.
