I had a problem with my order (salad came with no sauce inside or outside) happens, but customer service didnt care said they gonna take care of it and never responded again, paid 10 euro that went to the trash

Bot in chat told me there is no option to make refund, I was waiting for the cold pizza for one hour – you’re the worst food delivery app ever
Worst service
The service only protects the interests of suppliers, not customers. I ordered food in the morning with the maximum delivery time set for 7:50 AM. By 8:10 AM, the delivery time had changed to 8:30 AM and the status was "Preparing." I had to leave at 8:20 AM. The result—the service charged the full amount for the order, and I'm left hungry.

Got an outstanding debt out of nowhere. Support kept being rude and telling me that it's my bank issue even though it's been almost two weeks since an order and there are no transactions that are onhold. (fintech buddy here). And there was another successful transaction AFTER that order proving that glovo had no issues charging my card and there was no outstanding debt. Avoid at all costs.

I've been using delivery apps all over the world, and I've never had such a terrible experience as with "Glovo." They made me wait two and a half hours for someone to pick up my order, and after customer service assured me it was on the way, the agent closed the chat and they cancelled my delivery. Avoid using this app if possible! I've never had any problems with "Wolt" or "Just Eat" - use them instead if you can! (For those in Italy, "Deliveroo" is another good option.)

Something is off with newest version…
I’m on iPhone 14 and iOS 17. Uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled it (due to a support issue), and now it will simply not open after downloading to my phone.

Worst app comparing to the other food delivery apps
Been using around 5 of them, but now in Bishkek Glovo is the only option, and I’m suffering while trying to order food with them
