Nominada a peor empresa
Es mal intencionada. Nunca cumple los tiempos de entrega. Nunca son sinceros para que primero pidas y luego ya te digo la verdad. Numerosos problemas a lo largo de los años con los pedidos. Ya solo acudo a ellos muy puntualmente. Nunca hay suficientes riders. Y encima no están contratados.
2ª ocasión que cancelan pedido
Es la segunda vez que me cancelan un pedido de manera unilateral. Llamo al restaurante y me comentan que no han recibido la comanda. Desde el chat de Glovo, eso sí, con una respuesta inmediata, me dan la solución de cancelar pedido… y directamente lo cancelan. Me parece poco profesional y que te deja con poco margen de maniobra. No volveré a usar la aplicación.

Tenía un email vuestro de envío gratis para el fin de semana y no he podido acceder a él.
MALA ATENCIÓN
En dos ocasiones ha fallado el pedido programado con más de una hora de antelación, y lo cancelan pasado de sobra el tiempo de entrega estimado, dejándote sin comer y sin ninguna información más, encima reclamas y te dicen a los veinte minutos de espera que lo sienten pero que no hacen nada más, pero te dejan sin comer cuando ya no hay más establecimientos abiertos! Una vergüenza, mejor pedís en otra aplicación o llamáis directamente al restaurante.

For a long time now they don't offer glovo and thing anymore in barcelona. It's mostly about food now. Boring. But still advertising with the old glovo snything option...

Estafa
Te dicen que te dan un descuento para el primer pedido, te lo descargas, te acepta el codigo, pero a la hora de pagar desaparece. Luego hago un pedido, a la hora me preocupo y miro en el maps “establecimiento cerrado permanentemente”, vale, habrán cerrado recientemente y olvidaron quitarlo de Glovo, obviamente yo cancelo. No me devuelven el dinero en unos días y contacto al help center. De malas maneras , que no me van a devolver nada porque si el local no acepta la cancelación (¿como si está cerrado?) no devuelven el dinero y que si me pasaba algo así tenia que haber hablado con el help center en lugar de haber cancelado. Me quede sin cena y sin dinero.

Esta noche hago un pedido de McDonalds, llega todo mojado al verterse las bebidas. Se lo lleva el rider y me hacen abono. Vuelvo a repetir pedido y me llega xon el mismo problema, el rider me dice que me lo quede y lo tire que hace la canecelación. El rider da el pedido por entregado, me quedo con tener que lidiar con el reguero de coca-cola y quedatme sin cenar. Llamo para arreglarlo y me dicen que me abonan las bebidas. Bravo, 23:00 de la noche y con los niños son cenar.
