I collected recyclable waste and scheduled a pick up but nobody showed up to pick things and there is no contact to reach out team. Simply this app is waste of time.

After app update whatever points i had are gone, does not save on selecting address and does not save.

Such a waste of time they only have pickup at selected green areas most areas are not covered in green section app is useless they should’ve created a whatsapp business account and make it easy for any queries and pick and drop detail!!!
