Technical issues since few days
I am using app daily over 2 years and wasn’t only satisfied but also was nearly forcing my students to work on it too, but since few days app has some bugs and technical problems disconnecting me during working on it, freezes, loosing last edits, have to save each single step what makes working on it impossible and frustrating and I am ready to give up on working on it and finding another one instead. Was waiting over 10 mins on a call even though I hear that waiting will be less than 2 minutes so if you won’t fix this issues I can’t change my rating. If you’re already aware on this bugs and working on fixing it- let me know so I won’t waste more time on trying. If you are not then also safe me some time and let me know so I can switch to somewhere else.
