It works sometimes. But not when you really need one! During busy times it will look like it’s finding you a Driver and lies saying that the food is being prepared when restaurants don’t start to prepare the food until the Driver is there. Then, after one hour they cancel on you. By which stage you are hungry and annoyed. If they can’t find a driver within 20 minutes, they should give you the option to cancel. They should also pay their drivers more during for the busy periods so at least we will get your order delivered.

As the title says, your waiting charge is extremely unreasonable. I met with the driver at the pickup point, but went back home to get something I left at home. Got back to the car just to be SLAPPED with a $3 waiting charge.

I used it twice to book cab and it worked great. On my third ride, the driver finished the trip even without picking me up. I reported the problem via support ticket but it closed immediately without resolution. They don’t even want to listen to the rider.

Any time you have a problem it’s just a bot replying and you never get your money back. Awful user interface. I’ll stick with Uber Eats thanks

Honestly every time i’ve come to bali there’s always something up with this app. The fact you can’t cancel you’re order even if you’ve waited 2 HOURS!! and receiving the food gross n cold, the restaurants won’t contact you even if you’ve waited that long. Sometimes the food isn’t even what you ordered, or it’s the biggest catfish looking thing ever. Go jek doesn’t warn you about drivers not having cash on them to receive change for yourself so if your on a budget and not wanting to waste money don’t use cash for this app. You can’t contact the restaurants anyway unless they contact you which is 0% chance they will. The reviews on every place you look there will be fake reviews double up so be careful. For (ubering) to places there’s no rating to the drivers name so you can’t check if they have bad reviews or not so if you get a bad driver I wish the best of luck for you, But most of the time the drivers are lovely and friendly.

I ordered the soup, but it was packed in a plastic bag at the store. And I asked for a spoon and chopsticks, too. But they didn't come. I was staying at a hotel. There were no bowls of any kind. So I contacted the customer service center and they unilaterally ended the conversation, saying they couldn't find any problems. And this process went very slowly. I ended up throwing the food away. I had to order a new one. I have to pray that these lazy children won't have a problem in the first place. I wasted my money, my time and my feelings.
