A lot of scammers

Better take grab. Grab drivers always nice and everything is super easy. In gojek drivers cancels the drive and you will not get refund.

Terrible

Today: Tried to book a driver for 4 times. Car and scooter. Got nothing. Booked a meal. One out later, still no driver found. No chat agent, just a bot, which won‘t help. I‘ll delete the app.

Lieber Grab

Gojek möchte meinen Account einfach nicht löschen. Eigenständig löschen geht nicht, da ich jedes Mal eine Fehlermeldung erhalte. Ich bin seit Wochen mit dem Kundenservice per Mail in Kontakt. Entweder erhalte ich jedes Mal automatisierte Mails oder das Problem wird ignoriert.

Driver wanted to charge much more

We wanted to Go from Pasut Beach to Canggu and the Driver who accepted asked for 4 times the Price Than offenes in the App….

Not safe

I bought a simcard in Bali and active for one month. And installed Gojek Apps and signed up with this number. I am not in Bali anymore, but the number re-active and the new user relogin Gojek app with same number and use my Creditcard for anything😀

Cheap but annoying glitch and support

Mostly the app works fine, but my location is always set to somewhere else, completely far away from where I am. This means I mistakenly order taxi or food to that place, rather to where I am. It’s not the end of the world, but getting support to help me fix it was a nightmare, so I gave up using the app out of frustration

Sensationelle Abzocke

Always same procedure: driver is calling u (he knows exactly ur pick up location) and wants to know where u are. as i could always see that they are not at my pickup location...they pretend to be there and then they cancel the ride. money is gone of course. and no customer service u can reach out for claiming. so i do it public now. better to use grab. hint: used this app 2 months on bali

Good app but

But it’s getting more and more annoying to use it for food orders. The driver is delivering but has several deliveries at once or you wait an hour to get a driver
