These people have no good customer service, they double charged me on the same account. I tried using their help line but you got redirected to email them  . 
However I felt doughy about them and I cancelled my ongoing monthly subscription that I just paid on the 12/12/24 but they cancelled the services I have already pay for without any refund.  On their policy it says I can terminate the subscription at any time. 
I use to love this app but I stop using the 3years ago when they keep crashing my online appointment.

Tattooist here. Really do like this app. I do use the pro version and even considering the pro plus version so I can keep my consent forms on there also. Love allowing clients to book themselves and pay deposits, makes my job so much easier

🌟🌟🌟When I went self employed I started to use Goldie when it was originally appointfix. And wow had it upgraded since becoming Goldie. 
I can honestly say every time I’ve commented about a feature I’d like to see within afew months it’s been added. 

My clients absolutely love booking online, I’d actually say 70% of my clients do so now. It’s so easy to use and the message reminders massively reduce no shows. 

I tell all my beauty friends to use it! I definitely won’t be going anywhere.
