Pretty usual game system - unless you purchase somehing in the game, you can never win anything. The game wil "randomly" put you against players who got the most random shots in given holes, which you can never do normally. Also the ball will just deviate from its trajectory or suddelny lose its speed right before the hole, although give game physics it makes no sense. Also friction of different surfaces changes randomly depending on how much the game wants to win / lose. I have collected enough game footage where it is visible that with the exact same input you get completly different outputs. You just have to buy something, then you will see that for a short period of time all will change and you get pretty lucky suddenly. This will last for a bit and then back to the scam system, up until the point you spend your money again. It is not illegal or anything, but it is just poor.

So i actually really like the game, everything is set just fine, but there is one error that really downgrades the overall experience of the game. You can make in-game purchases and one of the features you can buy is battle pass, which gives you extra rewards, cosmetics etc. and also lets you open chests in half of the time normally needed. Each battle pass lasts for one season, then you have to buy another one when the season ends. I bought my battle pass a week ago knowing the season would still last two more weeks so i could make use of the money spent. Well.. two days after purchasing the pass, it suddenly dissappeared, i could still see the event but the game was acting like i dont own the battle pass. I thought that it was my bad that the dates i checked were somehow wrong and that the season is already over. Soon i found out that all my friends playing the game still have access to the ingame season and battle pass. So I tried to reach out to support to report this bug, expecting i would be somehow helped. Everything i got from the support was “There is nothing we can do about that.” Not even bothering to say sorry or at least show a bit of effort to somehow resolve this problem…

As I said, the game is amazing but spending real money for a feature that is taken away from you two days ago with ignorant attitude of the developer team is quite sad :(
