Worst app ever ; worst customer support

App is not smart at all , I forgot my password so when you send me the password for login , and I enter the password you sent , you say invalid request !! Please update the app !

The driver wanted to drop off us after wre passed ahmed hamdy tunnel & to get in another bus which we don’t know or booked by company or trust & when we refused & tried to call the hotline he kept annoy us all road back & drove back in 4 hours instead of 2 hours, moreover we make a complaint once arrived to the gobus office & submit it & they said they will solve it & take actions & call us back in 1 day & they didn’t do anything It’s a very unsafe & disgusting company & service & full of disrespect even the management

السواقين و خدمة العملاء دون المستوى اول مرة كنت حاجز و دافع كريديت كارد قبل المعاد بيومين كلموني قبل المعاد ب١٠ دقايق لغوا الرحلة ولم استرد الفلوس بعد الشكاوي و عدم المهنية فى الردود لم يتم استرداد مبلغ الحجز ثاني مرة كنت حاجز من التجمع الخامس للكيلو ٢١ السواق مهتمش انه يمشي فى الطريق اللى الشركة محدداه و بالتالي منزلنيش فى المحطة اللى أنا حاجزها و راح سموحة و رد بأسلوب غير لائق ولما دخلت لمكتب الشركة فى سموحة واشتكيت راح أتكلم مع السواق ورفض برضه "مع العلم تذكرتي مكتوب فيها مكان النزول الكيلو ٢١ ولما فتح موبايله مكتوب برضه الكيلو ٢١ " مع ذلك رفض

Very bad service and irresponsible company

Horrible bus ride it stops in cairo (only) for 2 hours

عندي مشكله في التسجيل كذا مره يطلع و يطلب مني ادخل بيانات جديده او انه يسترجع حسابي القديم لا يقبل اي باسورد او استرجاع الباسورد و عندي نقاط كتيره و كذا هي راحت مني أنا بقالي اكتر من سنتين معاكم و الموضوع طول اوي معايا

I used to frequently utilize the "Go Mini" app and service. However, nearly every time I relied on it, the mini-bus failed to arrive punctually, often delayed by about half an hour or more. There was never an explanation or apology provided, indicating a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
