Ordered a drink using a seasonal reward without a hitch

The app uses to be good, but I never go back because it lost my account and never works

Needed to have Technical support help me log in. My ipad experience was not so good. Maybe the app works better on the iPhone. I do enjoy the coffee at the coffee shop.

No option for Apple Pay, does not work with autofill and I can’t get it to scan my credit card. I should get automatic points for having to manually enter my card information. Or maybe I just won’t buy anything.

I had the original Good Earth app & had loaded $50 onto my card on the app. I went to login again just now only to find they now have a new app & will not recognize my email in either the old or new app. So now that money I had loaded onto the app is just gone. What a rip off.

Developer needs to realize some customers just want to use for rewards and not for ordering, and as such do not want to share location. It is aggravating to have to add a location every time the app is opened (because it has no memory!) just to display the QR code

The app is easy to use but missing key info re. Nutrition and ingredients for each during or food offering, I would highly recommend to add these info to the menu to ease and guide the selection of food for those who have a dietary restriction

The app has not been working at the Foothills Hospital location for months. Good Earth is probably doing this on purpose to save money in preventing their daily repeat customers from getting any rewards
