PDF, TXT, MS Office, iWork, HTML, pictures, music & audio-books, videos. This is what you can view in GoodReader, plus you can also annotate PDF files and edit TXT files.

-= PDF Reading and Annotating =-
PDF files is where GoodReader truly shines. Reading experience is so superior, it's hard to describe. To rephrase one of our customers' review, "try it, and you'll see." While you're at it, give our PDF Reflow feature a try. You'll be surprised how much better PDF reading goes when you don't have to scroll left/right all the time, for every single line of text.
Annotating PDFs is another star feature of our app. Adding notes and drawings, highlighting text, and then sharing your annotated files or annotation summaries will be your main productivity and collaboration asset.

### *---- "Stop nagging and Fix broken features"
This app keeps nagging about the “pro pack upgrade” when you open the app. I’m not interested. There should be an option to disable promotional prompts. 

1) Please fix the search. It's so difficult to find anything because of the exact-phrase search. It should NOT do exact-phrase searching by default. Exact-phrase is very easy to implement but it’s very lazy. It takes only a little extra effort to implement a more useful search.
— Treat each word in the search phrase as a separate term. 
— All filenames that contain the search terms IN ANY ORDER should be returned. 
— Hyphens should be treated like whitespace when searching. 
— Exact-phrase searching should happen only when the search phrase is in quotes. 

This is the only major app with this kind of broken search. There’s no way to do an “all words in any order” search.

2) Don't hide functions behind a lot of taps. Should be two taps max to highlight and return to reading. Two taps max to add a bookmark and return to reading. Right now it takes five(!) taps on different parts of the interface just to add a bookmark and return to reading.

I’ve been using this since 2011 as a 1st year law student. I’m now a litigation lawyer and I’m still using this app. This app has come a really long way since then, but I wish it had the same functionality as iAnnotate wherein you can have several pens/highlighter colors set and you can just switch between those instead of having just ONE single pen function that you have to set EACH time you need to change color/size/opacity.

Loving the Dark Mode support for the app. Hopefully you can improve the markers when using outlines in Dark Mode, the arrow markers also turn black. It makes it hard to select the outline
