This is the perfect to do list app for me. It’s both easy to use and very customizable with helpful features.
A great app that fixes the shortcomings of reminders? A single time purchase? Affordable instead of the hundreds some apps ask? Incredible!
Update: Cant justify $20 for an app that crashes each use and whose sync with Reminders takes too long. Im still showing 43 reminders in your app whereas Ive updated half and Reminders shows 23. Why the issue with the GT app syncing? You need to lower your price. Im coming off the trial soon but wont be spending $20 to unlock a crashing, non syncing app!! I cant access settings to set it up to properly to trial the app on my newer phone. You block me with your premium pitch pop up. Why would I pay $19.99 (it was $9.99 in 2024) for an app I cant trial properly? Is it a bug in the app that you are blocking my settings to trial it? Im not impressed. It works ok on my older device but I need to test it on both devices. Are you ever going to provide the ability to import the Apple reminders vs just interfacing to them? Not sure what $19.99 would be getting me. Any advice re the trial glitch? (No?)
I’ll keep it short. App is an excellent overlay on the native Reminders App. I moved away from OmniFocus (another excellent App by the way!) because my workflow was simpler than I thought. I can also integrate with my wife to collaborate on tasks in smart lists.
This is quite a powerhouse. It's simply amazing using Reminders as the backend.
I’ve been using the app for many years. Works great! I regularly have 200-300 tasks that I need to make sure don’t fall through the cracks. I work my task list both from GoodTask and Outlook. The best feature for me is the bulk move feature. I start the day with 30-50 items I need to tackle. At the end of the day I always have tasks that need to be moved to the next day. This feature saves me so much time. Highly Recommend!!
This app is unique in that it uses Apple ecosystem reminders as the backend. If that sounds like jargon to you, what this means is that all of the actual ToDos come from and operate in Reminders. Why is this important? Because it means that the app seamlessly connects and communicates with dozens of other services you probably already use, WITHOUT THE NEED FOR THE DEVELOPER TO BUILD CLUNKY WORKAROUNDS AND PLUGINS!!! If you’re tired of jumping from app to app and having to restart your entire database of todos every time you do so, that problem solves itself by using Reminders as the backend. I’ve loved using this app for both small daily/weekly chores and long term large projects. Well done haha, well done!
Using the reminders database this gives a very customizable, beautiful and function front end. Easy to use and customize this is on my dock on all devices
Thought that one purchase would enable access for both the ios and mac apps. However, you have to pay separately.
So feature-rich and customizable it’s crazy. Take the time to LEARN how to use the app and you’ll have a tool that is so powerful that it can do just about anything you throw at it. Set custom buttons on the task creation screen, configure context menus, create your own theme, handle events and to-dos in one place, take markdown notes, attach files and photos to your to-dos, and get things done using the Next screen. You can even time your tasks. I cannot say enough good things about this app. For reference, I bought lifetime & still donate each year via the subscription because the Dev works hard adding sooo many awesome features. The forum is active and really it just doesn’t get better. & I’ve tried (& bought nearly every app on the market, Things, Sorted, TickTick, etc, NONE compare!) Take some time to learn how to use the best to-do app available.
