A friend of mine was asked to leave. She was abusive to colleagues, which I apologised for on the spot and escorted her out. Once I had safely put her in a taxi and tried to rejoin my hospital christmas party, I was told “I was not allowed in because I allowed my friend to abuse staff” despite apologising on the spot and escorting her off the premises whilst being polite to staff. I do not understand how I would then be barred from re-entry, but the staff would not listen to a word I had to say, now would they let me collect my belongings from upstairs. Horribly Unprofessional establishment, I should Have been praised for doing the job of the bouncers for them, not being victimised for it.
