I understand that some people may want to have pre existing templates made by you. But they are extremely annoying, I deactivated them, but if I wanted to do a different automation with the same toggle, I couldn’t. In the rest, the app is good, has lots of compatible brands and the google nest hub is extremely good. I changed to another app due to the automation issues.

Can't unlink nonexistent TVs from my account. When trying to contact support during working hours, app says they're unavailable. Utterly useless system and support.

you cannot use it properly, info online does not match, very unfriendly.

Horrible, after recent update routines not anymore working, even simple one bedtime or good morning. Basic futures as set alarm with good morning routine, ans serious issues with speker groups. Even reinstalling or delete cash nothing work again. At each update same, worst. I will drop utilization, tired to have so manny problems and also so worst interface versus other similar softwares. Sorry guys
