It consumes battery percentage so fast while no scrolling occurs! How?! Plus some lags on scrolling. Just slow scrolling! Will be the best choice without these bugs :)

Подборка новостей по всему миру и местных, в Беларуси показывает и из оппозиционных сми. Есть интересная функция «взгляд с разных сторон», когда по одному поводу можно увидеть новости с разных ресурсов. Но удаляю, т.к. плохо работает функция «меньше подобных новостей»: я не хочу видеть в своей ленте новости о, например, жутких дтп, жму эту кнопку постоянно. И если из первой вкладки такие новости и правда пропадают, то во второй — остаются, и там уже и нажать нельзя.

Спасибо за обновление. Все очень нравится. Сделайте возможность отключения изображений.

Stories with lots of ads, endless ad reloads that shift the portion of the page you’re reading out of view, story crashes (“something went wrong”), half the sources are paywalls so you can’t read it anyway. What’s the point of dealing with such a bad user experience? The only plus is having local stories mixed in with national.

I really wanted to like this app. It it just crashes and errors out at least once a day I just cannot recommend it.

I used to love this app, but as of recently, this has become one of the most useless apps. Too many AI generated articles, wrong pictures with articles, and worst of all too many ads to the point where the page won’t even render. Who made these decisions to make the Google News app a bloated adware app? I think this may be a sign of Google trying to kill this app in the future. Developers please make this app useful like it once was.

Very few stories and half only tell you they are subscription only after you open them. This was your chance, Google! Apple News isn’t working.

More ads than news.

I’m not sure if it’s the app or the company Google. App has way too many permissions compared to other news apps. I’m moving away from apps that invade my privacy. It’s been great but you’ve got to go. Uninstalled
