Causes internet issues
Like I saw in other reviews, as long as the app is installed, my iPhone won’t connect to internet (Wi-Fi/cellular) only works when uninstall the app

The vpn doesn’t work well with new iphone 15
It was fine until I switched to iphone 15. Once in a while the phone just stops connecting to the internet (both wifi and the cell internet) happens both when vpn is on and off. The only thing that helps is uninstalling google one 😀.

No backup is being created.
I pay monthly storage. But why was the last time I was able to make a backup in Google one only on February 13, 2022. ? When connected to Wi-Fi, copying does not occur. When connected to 5G Internet, which has a speed of 500-600 mb, the same thing. It is shown that copying starts, but it does not occur. Just a long animation.
Not worth the price for support
I paid for this so I could have access to support. I unfortunately had to contact them this week. Immediately I was laughed at for wanted to protect my information and the line was disconnect. On reconnect the agent accosted me. Requests for supervisor were met with a dead line and ended call with no follow up. You may say it was a bad connection, but 4 times in a row after asking for a supervising agent and no follow up after?
Can’t cancel membership
Signed up so I could get my email back, but I’m still not receiving emails. Haven’t found the cancel button anywhere. Scam.

Poor functionality
I purchased my Apple IPhone 15+ back in March. Seemed ok until I tried to sync my Google calendar and my Apple calendar. Now it won’t open for me, it just shuts down. Crappy app!
Yay more storage?
So this app is where you buy more google drive storage, but why not in google drive?
