My photo albums are invisible. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DELETED. THEY ARE NOT LOCKED. They simply do not appear to me when I access them. What can I do? Other than that it's the perfect app.

Awful update.
Before a week ago I could type in a search for a photo and the relevant photos would be shown. Now I can type in exactly the same search and thousands appear, the vast majority of no relevance. For me this s one of the main features I pay a subscription for but if it isn’t fixed soon I shall be going elsewhere. If it is fixed I shall update this review to five stars which it was before the update. UPDATE. They’ve just done an update on the 29/8 so I was praying that the search facility was fixed, which wasn’t broken before the update before but no, still not fixed so if you have a need to type into search for a pic be prepared for hundreds of irrelevant pics to sort through if you have the will or time. Still ONE STAR because the app isn’t fit for purpose apart from storage. UPDATE 27.2.25 Gone from bad to worse. Now I can’t bulk transfer photo’s to any other app for editing. There has to be a better app out there than this one which gets worse by every update. Why I bother paying monthly I don’t know.
Unusable
Almost useless these days, unless you are prepared to give them every permission under the sun. And then it "organises" files into oblivion. It's not a service. It's a data vampire.
So so slow
Why does it take so long opening a photo and especially a video? Very very poor!!
Tries to change settings to fill up google storage.
I have backup turned off on this iPad because I want it turned off but this app does not respect that and nags to turn backup on. The nag pop up appears as an opt out so be careful if you want to control things how you want rather than how google wants.
Demands full access
It demands all your photos and videos, even if you choose “selected photos” it will demand full access, so its give all your photos and videos or don't use it at all

Don’t like it
I don’t like that the app automatically starts saving camera roll pics to the app. It’s run up all of my storage and has taken AGES to reverse. Badly designed.
