Also missing voice dictation. don’t mess this up with Calendar like you did on Google web apps.

Instead of starring all my tasks is it possible to have an all tasks section

I use Google tasks to remind me to do all and everything in my life. Easy to navigate — it integrates with my calendar app to ensure I don’t miss anything

PLEASE make it so I can see the parent tasks, it is really confusing when theyre all separate and its a huge hassle to check where the child task belonged to every time

Surprised that a leading software company developed this product without the functionality of sharing between users, ie., "shared task lists." It integrates with their calendar product - a software our household uses to manage various agendas. The calendar product allows me to open tasks, to add a task to calendar, but its isolated to only the one user - both in Tasks and in Calendar. The only supported shared function is events in Calendar. Surprising functionality decision. It would be a better product if it were developed further to: 1) create shared lists with other users, and 2) incorporate visibility/public settings to share your task lists the way users can share their calendars.

I am trying to find an alternative to Microsoft “To Do” but need a list app I can share with multiple team members. Our team needs one central list of tasks with the ability to Assign tasks to different people and be updated in real time when tasks are completed or added. Please help. TO DO is just driving us all bonkers because it’s constantly closing while trying to use it.

I love the ability to stay organized and on top of what I need to do.

This is almost exactly what I was looking for in a task app! I’m happy I can categorize the tasks and set due dates and times. I wish there was a “today” tab that listed all the tasks that were due on the current day. I also thought there would be the option to have subtasks, but maybe this is available online but not through the phone app? Having subtasks would be immensely helpful so I can better strategize and understand my tasks
