This is my favorite go to To-Do list program. You can reorder tasks, have sub-tasks, and syncs across all my devices (laptop, phone, iPad). The only thing I would like is sub-tasks within a sub-task

This app is mostly very nice. But wait — I can’t search for specific task list entries? For me, the value drops from a 10 to a two. Also, I can’t share the task list created on my iPhone with the one on my windows 11 PC? Sheesh. I gave it three stars but after thinking about it, I may change that to a 2.

Great app, but when I custom organize my list the items shouldn’t go back into a random order everyday. Also there should an option to organize by day/time so that the tasks flow from the earliest time to the latest time then no times.

I thought I would try this app to integrate with Google Gmail and Google Calendar. I currently use Alarmed for tasks. In comparison, Google Tasks does not yet compare. For example, it would be great to be able to color code tasks. Also, when I mark a recurring task complete, I don’t want it to go away until the next due date, as it currently does. I prefer it to show up in a list of all future tasks so that I can look ahead. Finally, it would be great to be able to set a reminder to occur daily, for example, at a certain time, as a push notification or email. It has only been a week for me using this app so I will continue to test it out. But so far, I’m not ready to make the switch from the Alarmed app.

The task notification alerted me after the hour expected to arrive for my appointment. Had I seen it sooner, I’d rate it a 5 star👏
