Not worth it
Spent money on the premium feature, editing videos are great, making changes causes glitches. And download indeed happens, only to 80%. Made sure all it updated. Same problem remains.

Now that you've read the title. Would you like to subscribe? You'll get 50% off. Also, just before you get to the footage, would you like to subscribe? Okay, you're one step closer to your footage. Would you like to subscribe? Cool. Although you've not subscribed in the 4 years you've had this camera, not even once considered it in the 4000 times you've opened the app to access your footage... We'd just like to know: Would you like to subscribe?
When using my mobile phone I often struggle to sync my data to the cloud.
The app always crashes. Cannot use it for editing any videos that’s why I will not get the full version again. So disappointed with all the crashing. A company like GoPro with such bad software is really terrible
It has been an absolute struggle to clip videos and edit them on my iPhone 15. The videos have been uploaded and saved to the cloud - trying to clip the video requires your phone to stay on and it takes ages and eventually either it fails or the phone locks. With footage being on the “Cloud” instructions should be sent and these edits should carry on in the background; then notify when complete. I’ve resorted to downloading footage to my PC & Davinci Resolve to do what the GoPro Quik app promised to do “with ease”. The idea and connectivity of what GoPro set out to achieve = 5/5 But actual “workability/usability” of GoPro Quik = 1/5
The app keeps closing on my iPhone every time I’m in Studio / My Edits and wanting to use any of the share options … keeps bombing out at 77% which is highly frustrating irrespective of the export quality options selected. I’m loosing my patience with this app. Another issue is that any cloud media processing is extremely slow on the object storage. How is GroPro going to make this more streaming friendly without the need to download the media locally wverytime to view? I’ve used both iPhone and MacBook and the same issue.
NO! I don’t want to purchase a subscription. The amount of intrusive notifications and popup's this app sends you when its not open is insane. Sends you a banner notification which immediately takes you to a "pay now" purchase screen for a premium subscription.
The Quik app is made for only those who can afford to have the latest and the best. My iPad is up-to-date on 15.something and the app requires 16.... so in the mean time it does not work for me.
Very intuitive and has most of the features one would expect.
3rd update and it still freezes Annoying that I’ve paid for the app but it’s freezing and you cannot do anything on the app Please fix it
