Gotcha! Lost & Found App

I get one more for Christmas, but I can’t register ist. If I scan it on the app I have the button to Confirm it. If I click on confirm, nothing happens. If I scan it again with the normal Cam it says the Tag need to be registered. I Have the newes Version and Iphone 13 ( with the latest update). Can you help me?

Super dieses Gotcha. Einfach die app macht nicht so immer mit wie man möchte. Glaube, dass diese noch nicht so ausgereift ist. Ich habe grosse Freude. Die Halsbänder in der Grösse XS, sind mit dem Verschluss zu mühsam zum öffnen. Das finde ich sehr schade. Ansonsten meega coole Sache .. well done!!! Wieviele bewertungen muss ich jetzt abgeben bis das app wieder zu öffnen ist?

I used to have this collar and was nice and easy. Since this app, I’m unable to log in, I reset my password 2 times, still can’t log in.
