Lol ive been to several different countries and cities and never seen an app someone uses to plan routes or see schedules that requires a subscription. 

And reading responses from the devs are even more hilarious. Basically saying “we r the best, if u dont like it byebye” haha.

Maybe people are complaining because they are not getting moneys worth? 

Why not offer something interesting, like integration with Presto or whatever and give fares discount? discounts to restaurants or perks for using the app?? 

You have so many opportunities for your audience who obviously travel a lot by transit, and you inherently pass by so many retailers.

If you want to make profit, consider investing in hiring a marketing manager or content creator, instead of letting someone who only knows how to code respond to customers lol.

I have found the performance of this app to be spotty at best.  When it does work it does a decent job of telling me news about the service.  But lately I find it works after the train has arrived.  

Whether or not I am using WiFi or my own data the number of no service messages makes this app a pass. Save your money.

I would like to plan my route from Danforth station (Lakeshore East line) to Exhibition station (Lakeshore West line). I can only plan it until union. Why? There’s no transfer or anything, and the go train schedule website sucks but at least it can do this.

While 90% of users may only need a single lane, those of us who have complex trips are left out for this app. I’m not interested in cross referencing trips into and out of Union. 
Easily something they can build on with the software, and especially if you are paying for it.

I’ve been using this app for years and it gets better after every update with dev support, accurate schedule time, platform data and delay/cancellation information. In my opinion the subscription is worth taking the hassle out of checking the train schedule and station monitors!
