Can’t login to a new device
The apps works just fine. Haven’t encountered any problem when using it except when I bought a new phone and wanted to login in my account there, it can’t :( pls fix asap

Whenever I scan my ID its only have option to scan the front however from the back it will automatically scan without the option to put in frame to scan
Worst Customer Service
My account was fraudulently used for an online transactions in Grab. There were three attempts that got declined. Before I opened an account with GoTyme I no longer have a Grab app since I am now living in the province so no way that I will use it for that. I dont even have a Grab app on my phone. I reported the incident to customer service. I was talking to a chat representative and explained what happened. The response was “maybe you gave your information to someone else or your family member” without even acknowledging what I said and I keep on explaining what happened. Good thing the app has a feature to lock the account. If not there was no way to dispute the transactions with that kind of response from a customer service representative. Also she just left the chat room when I was still talking to her.
DEPOSIT CHECK MISINFORMATION
When it comes to checking they will tell u that it's just one day process but when u submit a check deposit they will ask for MORE information about you and then after you comply to their email there's no exact time frame when will you receive ur checking deposit. I processed my deposit last 23rd of December and comply on 24th with additional information that they asked and now it's already 30th of December but the status of my check is still on progress. Don't ever try to deposit a check on this app.
Worst ID Scanning Ever
I have tried opening an account for the past few weeks by using my Driver’s License but it never accepted it. My i.d was crystal clear and it still wouldn’t accept it. I also tried my phylsis id but no luck there as well. Please fix this issue because i really want to open an account but I just couldn’t.
Poor customer service
Chat and email cs only. No phone calls. Chat support queue is veeeeeeery long. You can finish a movie and there’s still no banker assigned to you.
