## GoVoteTN Description
Tennessee voters can use the GoVoteTN app to view voter-specific information when searching by name or address. Voters can find early voting and Election Day polling locations, view and mark sample ballots, find election results, see their elected officials, districts and county election commission information. They can also register to vote or update an existing registration online. The GoVoteTN app is provided by Tennessee Secretary of State’s office with information from Tennessee county election commissions.

This all has worked for me in the past but it’s Election Day and it’s not working at all. No sample ballots and not recognizing addresses. Of all the days, this is the day it needs to be working.

Today is Election Day. 

Webpages contain virtually no information and push you to download this app. 

Finding information on the app isn’t easy or intuitive as it requires you to fill out a form.

It would be easy to put polling information directly on the website. 

I had to type my search in 4 different ways to get the search to even yield a response. 

To be clear this seems to be an unnecessary extra step in informing (or more accurately not informing) voters…which is is what this app claims to be doing.

I submitted a negative review because the app wouldn’t pull up my ballot or elected officials like it used to. I think however, that when it updates the app signs you out. So you have to input your voter information again in order to see those items. The app seems to be working well now. It’s very helpful because you can see your ballot information specific to your own districts. Highly recommend.

This is the first local election where nothing happens when I click on Sample Ballot. I used to be provided with a list according to my address, but not anymore. I have updated the app and my iPhone, but still nothing. Please fix this - I loved this app when it worked.

This app was very helpful in previous years.  Trying to use it in spring of 2022, and hardly any of the links work.  Made sure I was up to date, no help.  I cannot look up early voting locations- the app crashes. I cannot look up ballot information or voting districts.  Really the only link that functions on my app is the “go to full website” link.  Tried to report a problem on the App Store and ended up at a dead end there too.  Would love it if the app worked properly- it used to be so helpful!

Many of the menu options just produce a “thinking” circle when select and do not go any where. This app used to work fine but does not work now.

This app is about as useful as Biden’s foreign policy. You go to retrieve election results by county and it opens up your web browser, prompting you to download the app, which takes you right back to the AppStore.

The only purpose of this appYes so the Secretary of State can claim that he has one. when I type in my address it tells me there was no information that I may want to check with my county voter registration office.
there are all 21 reviews of this I am all from 2018 with only one bad one.  I’m going to suggest that all of the reviews they have gotten from 2019 or 2020 have been bad reviews and they have been deleted. Don’t waste your time.
