The app makes you wait for hours and won't allow you to cancel. After numerous "finding rider" attempts in about 2-3 hours, the app cancels your order when it could've accepted your manual cancellation in the first place since it's been too long to look for a rider (food delivery). Of course, being hesitant to use another delivery app since Grab hasn't cancelled yours, you're forced to sit and wait for HOURSE before you're rest assured that you can order from the 🐼 app. The 9-6PM contact support is also not helpful, much better if it's 24/7.

Worsts wallet app. Madaling mag lagay ng pera pero mahirap kunin ang pera. Pinapahirapan ka muna bago mo magamit ang sarili mong pera.👎👎👎👎👎👎

PRICE/RATE: Severely overpriced Food and Service fee; Your better off using the app of the restaurant you want to order from (they’re probably using grab anyway, but paying at a corporate rate). DELIVERY TIME: They usually take longer if theres no riders close by regardless if the restaurant itself is relatively empty (that’s the n top of the higher rate they’re already in imposing to ‘encourage’ more riders.) i.e. You’re made to wait longer for your food just because they can’t get a rider, knowing full well the the restaurant could’ve completed preparing it earlier. (it always annoys me when the app says preparing your order when it should be ‘looking for rider’).

I have been using grab since forever. I order almost everyday and using grab car aswell, but lately they’re forcing everyone to go cashless, I want to get grab food today for miryenda worth 503 pesos and I only have cash, but I can only order worth 500 pesos using cash, it’s frustrating! I understand maybe they’re trying to avoid scams but maybe only to not verified accounts and new ones only.

Areas not covered in grab can be quite confusing since there is no boundaries in map or any kind of indicator. It would be much better if the area is not serviceable it will darken the areas or overlay something. It is for UX improvement.

So it takes so long for a driver to pick up my order and it persistently ask me to go cashless which I wont do because I remember it takes hours to get the refund from g cash. Instead of online purchase I uninstalled the app and downloaded food panda which is more convenient.

Grab food charges are quite high, yet they lack delivery rider-partners. The app makes you wait for more than half an hour, only to be cancelled due to lack of delivery riders.
