Mam konto. Na aplikacji są trzy opcje. Kontynuuj bez rejestracji, zarejestruj się i zaloguj się. Wchodzę w opcję zaloguj się. Komunikat Użytkownik jest już zalogowany. Nic się nie dzieje. Ciągle ten sam ekran i nie mogę się zalogować bo niby cały czas jestem zalogowany ale nie jestem. Nie da się z tej aplikacji korzystać.

Aplikacja jest do niczego. W ciągu 1,5 miesiąca po raz trzeci muszę dodać kartę. Niestety za ostatnim razem bez skutku, nie da się dodać karty. Oczywiście kolejne odwiązanie karty skutkuje że plastik od GreenWay też przestał działać. W mojej okolicy jest galeria Mokotów, połowa ładowarek świeci na czerwono, nie wiadomo czemu. Przestaje się dziwić że robi się tam zwykły parking zamiast punktu ładowania. Mam nadzieję że zbankrutujecie, bo na zmiany na lepsze już z waszej strony nie liczę.

Ta aplikacja to jakiś totalny żart i scam

Co miesiąc mam z nimi jakieś akcje, że muszę dzwonić na infolinie z reklamacją, ale okazuje się, że jednak małym druczkiem w regulaminie mają coś zapisane i nie mogę domagać się zwrotu poniesionych kosztów, których nie przewidziałam. Ponieważ to się dzieje trzeci miesiąc z rzędu, że dostaję nieprzewidziane faktury do opłacenia, to wreszcie dam sobie spokój z tą firmą. Korzystna cena jest tylko na reklamie, gdy wykupi się subskrypcję to zaczynają się schody i ukryte opłaty. Swoją drogą miesiąc temu pan na infolinii nawet nie przyjął mojej reklamacji!!! To dopiero pomiatanie klientem 🤦🏻‍♀️

Nie wspomnę o 140 fakturach wysyłanych w nocy, bo znowu coś tam nie pykło. Nie chce mi się już nawet do Was dzwonić. 0/5
