Why did you remove Apple Pay from payment options with the app update? I’m sick of putting my credit card number in every freakin app these days.

I have a couple of Gregory’s stores that I usually go to in NYC. They’ve all got a great ambience and the staff is generally personable and friendly. The app makes it super simple to grab and go when I have places to be, but it’s equally pleasant to sit in and enjoy my coffee +/- snack in-store when I’ve got the time. I’m a fan.

I used the app before the last update and everything was fine. Now, you can’t pay with Apple Pay AND the app doesn’t fill in the saved credit card info. Unless you enjoy typing your credit card information every time you order a coffee, this honestly is a deal breaker. But that’s not all! You also can no longer save and autofill your password! And if it so happens that you forgot it, the link to creating a new one sends you to the website, and you can’t copy it from there to paste into the app. I guess it’s in-person ordering only now.

Great service, wonderful staff that remembers your specifications. A truly unique coffee shop with vegan options! App is easy to use and the rewards program is generous.

Their old app used to be very easy to use. Now it’s terrible. You can’t even use Apple Pay and you have to type in your cc info manually. Not only has the quality of the food gone down, so has the app.
