Grid Connect

Hi there, could you please prioritise getting the widgets working for iOS 18. It’s a major convenience that’s been lost as legacy widgets have been dropped. Also could you please make the scenes more prominent in the app — first class buttons rather than those hard to click pill shapes.

Please add WIDGETS option which is missing from iOS 18

Needs apple home compatibility.

Tried multiple times to pair Arlec GRID connect GLD064HA bulbs - only to find the Bluetooth is not working in the bulbs, can see Wi-Fi signal GRID-AB*** but this is no good for pairing as the GRID App seems to want a Bluetooth signal. The ARLEC App constantly asks for location services (privacy?), demands a Wi-Fi setting - all i want to do is control a light bulb with my phone without all the user tracking like the WIZ app - that seems to continually send stuff to Google!! (Try using Google search and watch all the random adds for more WIZ stuff!!!) Went back to Bunnings multiple times - ended up with credits towards PHILIPS HUE bulbs, very very expensive !! But the PHILIPS product works great; paired in seconds and get a great light output, if you can cope with the cost, highly recommend PHILIPS HUE. Avoid WIZ Smart Bulbs too.

The light bulb keeps reseting and has to be reset with the app too often.

Its the 26 July but app shows the last day viewing as the 24 July!?

I absolutely love this app. It is very reliable and gives you a lot of control. I just wish there were more products available in New Zealand and Australia.

I don’t know if this is a bug but when I try to change the temp on my heater through the app it goes straight to 50 C when trying to turn the temp up or down getting pretty annoying have to change it back to the temp I had it on at the heater but please fix this issue coming to be a problem now thought it would be fixed so I could use it but it isn’t

Have set up for degrees c but the temperature sensor not displays degrees f. Can’t change it kinda useless

The latest app has some bugs that when you touch one device in grid view, another device gets activated instead. The worst part is the unintentionally activated device might not be highlighted in the grid view. It’s actually quite annoying and potentially worrying as this other device(I.e. heater) might be in another room which is downstairs and not attended. Hope this bug can be fixed asap. As the older versions worked beautifully already! Cheers
