I had had this app for 4 years… decided to get “xtra” and paid $140… wish I didn’t. Only a short time later my account was banned without notice or reason. They didn’t give my money back either. A big scam. Good news is there are so many better app than this boring one. Never again!!

Can’t do anything in this app now without being forced to watch an ad… an ad that requires sometimes up to three clicks to actually close… Please don’t pretend to be concerned with providing a good experience and creating a good community. Everything is about creating more money for these guys. Want to open a message? Watch an ad! Want to view a profile? Watch ad ad! I miss the old Grindr, not the selfish money hungry scum

Paid for an annual subscription, HUGE mistake!! Open my account to have a browse and got a notification that the account was banned. I sent through an inquiry to help support and they simply wrote back a robotic copy and paste message saying we can’t share those details of the ban and it is final… NO REFUND given. Very misleading and deceptive. I’ve had this profile for quite some time and after paying for an annual subscription, I get banned without a reason or justification or even a human response? This app is very outdated and basically just full of hookers and drug dealers. Do yourself a favour don’t even bother. 0/10
App is just riddled with strategic ads to the point that you can’t even use it to talk to someone. No one is going to pay your exorbitant premium fees, maybe get a new business model. Also, the app has become hijacked by fake profiles posing as super hot men “looking for trans/fem”. Almost reminds me of the Ashley Madison scandal of fake profiles appearing to push political agendas... Most importantly, removing the block function is the final straw. There are a multitude of reasons why someone would need to block a particular profile and should not be limited to do so as it is simply unsafe and self-serving. Although, I guess that’s gay culture for you.
Every day and every update this app getting worse and out of control. I do understand they need adds for to be survive but adds are getting crazy and all development and improvements about increasing subscribers and advertisements. Such a shame!!! Urgently we need equivalent of this app.
