Just got it for XMAS, so far I’m happy with the product.

I am blind and this app is completely inaccessible using voiceover. Disgraceful! fortunately, the razor does a good job, but the app should be accessible to all users.

The app is good.

So, I purchased 3 Philips products and was only able to add 1 out of three.. the app kept saying “no product found” I’m happy with the product though, not so happy with the app.

Used to really like the app although I didn’t have a ton of time for it. Now it seems they’ve gotten rid of the realtime beard preview feature which in my opinion was the best part. I actually called support to make sure it wasn’t that I just couldn’t find it and not only was the representative very hard to understand, but they told me they were going to put me on hold and then hung up on me.

Correct motion took me some time to master. A linear motion was initially more my style. But with daily practice, in no hurry, I was able to adapt to the circular motion Norelco recommends. However, I don’t feel that a got a noticeably better shave. But I’ll give it time.

Pretty good shaver for work requirements. Light daily shave gets me by , apps telling me lighten up , will do .

Hard to connect on my iPhone 14. Not easy.

The app is user-friendly and efficiently tracks cleanings and battery status. However, the shave tracking feature could be enhanced. I've noticed that while performing the same shaving motion, the app initially records the efficiency as below 50% and then suddenly increases to about 100% after roughly 5 to 10 seconds of use, ultimately settling at 80% efficiency. I believe this could potentially reach 90%. And the competitor in me wants the points that are mine 🙃.
