Ground News

The concept of creating a transparent media overview is very valuable—it’s a mission that goes beyond a typical news app. The app is user-friendly, though the recommendations/rotations don't always surface the most relevant news for me (disclaimer: I use the app from Europe). However, it excels when exploring the media representation of specific events. The Blindspot feature is particularly useful and interesting, while the Breakdown visualization offers a clear and aesthetically pleasing UI. I recommend it to anyone interested in news, even for occasional use—it’s worth checking out regularly.

Unfortunately they do not show it in other languages other than English, French, and Spanish. Despite all this, it is a very good source for informative news

The app is great and very useful! What would be amazing to have is the opportunity to ask an AI directly in the app questions related to the article that you read. For example, you read an article with a statistics for this year but you want to compare it to the numbers for the last year, but those are not provided in the article. That would be amazing!

I’m not a subscriber yet but still the app is very handy, it sends you notifications about the news that you are interested about, these news are summarized in the main page and you can click on it to open the news medium that it’s published on to see the detailed version. And also you can compare different publishers really easily. As a person who’s always late to the news or the trends now I’m the one informing people about the up to date stuff. It’s amazing.

Really good news app, with plenty of cool features to find the news you are interested in. I would like the app to be multilingual, for people like me who live outside the US.

Great idea for a news app and very well executed. But unfortunately the german news are not as well presented and available as the american ones.

Ground news is in my opinion a realy good solution to cover Information over a wide range and include all extremes of opinions. The Portal uses well thought-out solutions that help to classify all the information correctly in order to ultimately form one‘s own opinion

The best news app out there, without any close second.

Really love the idea and the implementation. I just dont like the overall design of this app. Wish they improve it in the future

I wish this app followed Apple’s human interface guidelines, and was properly designed in general. Bad colors, cluttered, hard to navigate.
