Groundwire: VoIP SIP Softphone

after the last update i am not receiving calls. only get missed calls message. Please fix it.

Έχω αγοράσει και δοκιμάσει αρκετές εφαρμογές και η κάθε μια κάπου κόλλαγε και έχανα κλήσεις. Όταν μου σύστησαν αυτήν την εφαρμογή, είπα ας στην δοκιμάσω. Μετά από τόσο καιρό χρήσης δεν εντόπισα κάποιο θέμα και μπορώ να πω ότι είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Ένα μεγάλο Μπράβο στους δημιουργούς της εφαρμογής.

If another app sends a sound while talking sound in/out is completely lost

I have tested any voip clients, and I can tell that the best is Groundwire. I have been using Groundwire over 2-3 years, and the best points are: - It works smooth, without facing any issues such as freezing or stuck. - Smooth hand off between GSM and WiFi networks. - Push notifications works perfect and app does not use battery if you didn’t use it. - Developer replies within a few minutes every time I sent him an email.

Wow! I actually found an app that works with my VoIP.ms service! I tried Zoiper, but you have to pay a yearly fee just to get push notifications when a call is coming in, and Zoiper SMS didn’t work unless I had the app open. Groundwire SMS works flawlessly when the app is closed and phone is in standby mode. Phone calls come through perfectly as well! I use voip.ms for my home phone. I’m a millennial and yes, I still use a home phone LoL. Mostly for work. I like to have my Zoom meetings call my VoIP line so I can walk around the house and not have to carry my computer around. I could use my cell phone, but some meetings can last for hours and I don’t want to chew up my iPhone’s battery over the years. A few family members and friends have our home phone number. Groundwire is great because it lets me answer their calls on the go and they don’t have to try me at home first and then my cell phone. Great work Groundwire!

I use VoIP.ms. I can make a call with the app, but incoming calls don't trigger a notification. Also there is no text message option in the app and texts do not trigger any sort of notification even when the app is in the foreground. Wasred money.

Reports several bugs to support and they have been acknowledged but never fixed…

be aware that if you have any issues with the app, you are on your own, no support!

This has been a great software for years, but today all of a sudden it wiped out all my configuration, saved recording etc. What the heck!
