Horrible experience. As there is no physical card, we have to rely on this unreliable app to see a doctor. App crashes, otp doesn’t work sometimes, can’t even log in sometimes. Plus if you key in wrong credentials 3 times you are locked out and need to wait says for an account unlock. Best part is customer support is close to non-existent. The hotline goes on a automated message loop and support takes 3 working days to get back. Absolutely no support on weekends and public holidays. Best to avoid ntuc income insurance altogether.

Your app is supposed to work when customers have to go see doctor. When they are not working properly you do not give the exact error and then after 3 tries locks customers out. How can I bring my son to go see doctor when your app is not working. And to unlock such as simple procedure you can’t do it right away? 3 business days to process corporate customers’ request is too poor. If I would give it zero stars I would.

The app was down,can’t even log in. How to provide e-card @ clinic.this group care lite insurance,nobody should ever buy. Even they told us that it is cashless @ panel clinic. Endless issues: OTP doesn’t work, screen gets stuck after OTP page, unable to read images uploaded even though they have allowed a camera function.

How in the world are we suppose to rely on this for emergencies and crucial moments?

1) Location must be on to find nearest clinic from my current location. Doesn’t allow for me to search for clinics based on an address. Will be useful if I am checking for a clinic at another location and it takes a while to load.
2) clinic suggested includes those that seems permanently closed as it is closed everyday!
3) the listing of clinics is not sorted based on closest to furthest. In fact it is listed quite randomly.
4) Doesn’t allow changing of password.
5) documentation in app about how to use the app is inaccurate. GroupCare Lite User Guide when selected opens the document to Doctor Anywhere User Guide.
