I love Jo’s workouts! I used to be a dancer and have not found anything to fill that void (tried yoga, Pilates, running etc). And while I still love those, Jo’s workouts are so fun, challenging, engaging, and encouraging! I love that she has a variety of workouts (core, weights, dancing!!!, stretches, etc). I always smile when I workout now with these videos because they’re so positive, fun, and challenging. I also love the app. It’s easy to use and organized. I have never enjoyed working out more than I have with Jo and her team. The app makes it so easy to drag myself out of bed a click play- it takes the mental guesswork out of exercising, which I need as a mom of a 2 and 4 year old! Jo’s positivity and passion are so fun. I’ve only had good experiences with their customer service- even interfacing with one of the other instructors, Kirra. Usually I don’t contribute much on social media but I have enjoyed being a part of the community on here. It’s very uplifting and encouraging. Subscribing yearly helps save money as going month to month was just too much for me. Would absolutely recommend! I’ve seen great results and felt so much better about myself, both physically and mentally!

So I started last year doing Jo’s workouts on YouTube(where I found them first) and then subscribed to the app. I’m like come on it’s a steal to pay that $4.99 basically for your own personal trainer with it being in comfort of your own home. I was not consistent the whole time, but I am finding more that I WANT to workout and I WANT to show up for me and my health. If you need accountability, get this app. You’ll never regret it.
