Hello, the app is really slow! I have two different wifis from two ISP and even on 4G. When navigating to men section it takes like 30-40 seconds!

The old app was reliable unlike the current new one. You have to fix it ASAP, it’s been a long time since you released the new App and it’s still not working properly. For your info, and as a feedback, the online viewing of an item helps pushing a client to a store... FIX THE APP ...

Soon after HST co. introduced their all-new GS app, I went from being a super GS addict who literally would know the whole GS collection by heart thanks to their old app, to someone who cannot stand using the new app more than 30 seconds! I obviously never bought anything from GS since (or seen any of their new collections), especially that I had become more of an online shopper than a physical store shopper, all thanks to the old GS apps. I used to swear by HST’s marketing & customer service excellence and strategies, but this time when I tried to communicate my disappointment with the new app to the CS team, I felt even more disappointed. Everyone seemed so thrilled with the new app that they forgot the main important factor of success: USERS! The old app with a few needed enhancements would have kept HST co. in the lead of the online shopping game in Lebanon. But the new app just does not fly!

Gs Store sheeted on me and on everyone, because they told us that the prices if we but fron the app are much cheaper than the store this was wrong I will not buy again from them

Following the reply of GS support on my review, i received a "geste" from them delivered to my home with a very courteous apology letter. Such a move can make anyone forget the previous bad experience. Thank you.
