I had the worst experience with just life ! I had a confirmed booking, and the cleaner never showed up! I tried contacting them , n they told me someone will contact me, ofcourse no one did. Then again I try 4 hours later, n they tell me the cleaner was not available so my sesison got canceled! I was not informed ! The app still said booking confirmed , they didn’t even help me get the service the same day, and were not willing to help !

صراحه كذابين بس مرتين جو عندي بعدها يقولون غير متاح منطقتك واهم كأنو يجيون ألغوها علي لي ٦ شهور اطلبهم ويقولو غير متاح اكثر برامج ذي بدايه يقبلونك بعد ماعاد يقبلون نصيحه مني لحد يحمله😩😩😩💔مره طفشني ذا برنامج النصب اسميه

how many time i make booking and no boday call or came to me they cancelld direct or they change to me the booking .. without resolve 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

كان موعدي الخميس العصر الساعة ٣ اتصلت العاملة واخبرتني ان ليس لديهم موعد واجلته الى يوم الأحد الصبح الساعة ٨ فاخبرتني ان طريقتهم ان انتظرها من ٨-٩ . الان الساعة ٩:٤٣ وقد الغيت كثير من اعمالي ومهامي و انتظرها من الساعة ٨ و ما جاظت واتصلت بالمكتب المسؤول طلع انهم في مصر واتكلموا معي ان سيتواصلون معي بعد التواصل مع المكتب في البحرين . ولكن لا حباك لمن تنادي ، لم يرد عليهم احد و ضاع وقتي و اضططرت للبحث فورًا عن بديل من مكاتب أخرى . شركة غير مسؤولة وغير جديرة بالثقة ، نعم الحوادث تحدث ولكن يفترض ان يتصلوا و يعتذروا لكن ما حدث اني اتصل واتصل واتصل والبدالة تحاول الاتصال بهم ولكن لا مجيب . ضاع وقتي وجهدي . لن أتعامل معهم من جديد. أسوأ شركة ولا تستحق الدعم .

First off, i used their service 3-4 times with good service, arrived within a decent time and did an okay job for the cost. The other day they were supposed to arrive a man called me at 11:00 am saying that he will be coming to clean my place to which i said no, no one is home and i booked at 4:00 pm. At 5:30 pm no one came so i emailed their customer service and after checking said it would take them 20 more minutes to which i just said come the other day on time. The next day they had not even bothered to arrive at time and after talking with their customer service the lady informed me that they would be late again. I then asked for a refund and she informed that they deduct 50% as late cancellation fees from the order even though she acknowledged it was their fault. I don't know how it is in other countries but their bahrain customer has deterred me from ever using their services again.

Beware. They will charge you and they won’t provide any service. They will not even refund you. Total fraud company with fake reviews.

They kept me wait the whole day. No cleaner showed up!! I deleted the app and will never call their again. After all, they are the most expensive ones in the market!!

2 appointments in a row, cleaner never showed up. Live chat is not responding and there’s no phone number to call. This app is a joke and these guys are just stealing your money. I’ll put my hand in a blender before making another booking again.

Worst experience ever, I made a request and none came to my house. They stole my money, I requested refund but nothing back to my account. Probably fraud not recommended at all.
