My clothes was not received

I am writing to urgently inform you that I have not yet received my laundry order (reference number 14E407), which was supposed to be processed and returned to me promptly. The clothes were collected from my location, and since then, there has been no update or tracking information provided on the progress of my order. I am particularly concerned because I am scheduled to leave my hotel tomorrow morning, and the absence of my clothing is highly inconvenient and problematic. It is crucial that I receive my laundry before my departure.

This app is a life changer. I am never disappointed. You can book nail services, maintenance services, cleaning services… it is very easy and service is amazing

I litterally use them for everything ! From cleaning a carpet to deep AC cleaning or installing a TV ok the wall / installing a ceiling lamp / a hood extractor and then cleaning my house. That’s the most convenient app for everything you can need at home service in Dubai ! They even propose spa at home !

Première et dernière utilisation. La femme de ménage considère qu’elle avait fini 1h avant le terme, alors qu’il reste la moitié des choses, de plus elle est nonchalante. Dans chaque pièce il faut lui montrer les endroits où elle n’est pas passée, malgré lui avoir présenter le travail au début de la session. J’ai noté le service sur leur application 1 étoile, mais cette note n’apparaît pas. Justlife est ce que vous affichez uniquement les bonnes notes? Je suis donc obligé de venir noter l’application ici.

Très mauvaise expérience

Catastrophique, j’avais un rendez prévus à 17 heure et il l’annule à 17 heure. Je suis resté en ligne avec leur service 2 heure aucun manager n’a voulu répondre à mon problème. Ils annulent et ne rembourse jamais. Les femmes de ménages viennent sans matériel. A fuir ce n’est pas adapter au professionnel du Airbnb. Vraiment pas sérieux. Je reçois un appel de leur service 2 jour plus tard pour me proposer 30 aed de discount alors que Justlife ne m’a pas remboursé la prestation non remboursée. Franchement fuyez je vous déconseille fortement de ne pas utiliser leur service.

Worst experience and worst customer service

I had a appointment for a apartment cleaning with full product and material already paid. The lady came (she’s says I’m from a partner of Justlife) and came without a VACCUM. How can you send someone to clean an apartment without a vacuum!!!!! Go to another company it will save you time and headache! Because even the customer service is a nightmare!!!!!
