I had an issue with a plumber but Just Life sorted it all out for me. I’m very grateful.

IV Therapy at home

I had IV therapy at home with Pooja, she was very professional and took great care to explain the procedure and answered any questions that I had. She carried the procedure out with care and made sure I was comfortable!

Worst service I’ve received in a while. Made a booking waited and waited. No one came, not even a call to cancel.

Very disappointing

The app seemed lovely and the concept of booking home cleaning which is personalised appealed to me, I work overseas and I needed someone to go once a week to help my elderly parents once a week. At first all went well the booking went smoothly and I decided to try the on e off before booking the monthly package. First appointment went well and I was there at the rime to make sure my parents would not struggle and was happy that I could boom the same person. From the second booking things started going wrong, they called me and said they will have too change cleaning lady because the one I booked her contract was ending !!! Now why would you allow the app to book her for a whole month if she was leaving!!! Someone called me and I explained how much the change will effect my parents and they assured me the new lady was great and that she would be coming for the rest of the the package. So I spent hours convincing my parents and after all that the First Lady came to clean and spent the whole time crying accusing my mother that she didn’t understand why she didn’t want her !!!! Again I had to spend hours on the phone between the company and home. The following time the new lady came and was lovely so we thought ok the worst has passed but NO IT WAS YET TO COME. Another lady came the following time with no notice and SAID SHE DOESNT DO CLEANING and flat out refused. You can’t immagine the drama at home. The cleaning office doesn’t answer. The what’s up is not for communication. Of course there is no way I will Use this app of the service ever again.

Such amazing service

I booked a facial at home as I’ve been struggling with hormonal breakout the last week and the heat in Dubai doesn’t help. The beautician arrived early and was so sweet and efficient. The facial and face massage was amazing! Can’t wait to use them again!

Customer service needs improvement

Use a throwaway email. Once you sign up, expect plenty of spam emails and messages

It’s so convenient and hassle free to have this treatment at home and at such an affordable price! Really love this app.
