Should have learned by now that Uniden are not interested in providing proper customer service by supporting and updating the apps they provide with their products. This app is buggy and well below par for what is should be.

1 year later with connection issues and still no resolution

Is there any update on this app ? It’s not compatible with IOS13

Get your act together, take some responsibility and fix your broken app!

I find this app pretty basic and somewhat cumbersome. The events are listed so the latest are last so so have to scroll right to the end. They should be the newest first. I can’t see how to delete events either.

At first I can’t connect it to my iPhone to have remote access, I tried everything that says in the manual and it always says connect failed, then I factory reset the unit and scan the QR code again and it connects online. I hope it help others having a hard time to connect it to their phone.

All I can say is you get what you pay for... This app was working fine but within a couple days completely stopped working deeming my home security useless

Don’t waste your money buying these cameras. The app is absolutely useless. Have been waiting for an update but nothing.

I have had nothing but trouble since day one this app is absolute rubbish .I have contacted uniden support on more the one occasion with absolutely no help I will be replacing this with a swan system that actually works very soon
