It doesn’t even let me in the first lesson it says “This operation could not be completed” it’s so frustrating please fix it.

I’ve bought several courses thinking I could watch them through the app. Apparently not. This app is so clumsy, they’d be better off without an app.

Disappointed. I’ve been logging in online and have only 3 lessons left in my first bass course. This app won’t let me continue. It let’s me play the lessons I’ve already done but if I try to access a new lesson it shows a lock icon and asks me to log in again. Then shows me the list of lessons I’ve already done, I try a new one and it asks me to log in again. Repeat. I tried going in through the lessons menu and found the only class by the instructor I’ve been learning from, it looks like a different course (lesson titles don’t match the lessons I’ve completed). When I try to play a lesson, it plays the intro ad for the course instead. Worthless.

I pressed on the log in or join and it took me only to the login but there was no join button or anything. How do I join?

If you haven’t already started a class on the website or want to see archived live classes, good luck. Your guitar will be compost before you ever get this to work.

App buttons and UI are not intuitive or properly sized. Struggle just to play a video or navigate lessons. Lessons are great though. App not so much.

App opens up fine when not logged in. As soon as I sign in the app tries to load some data and crashes. I tried re-downloading several times. Still the same issue. I’ve tried different connections 5G/WiFi. Still the same issue.

Used to work great but I can’t open the latest version

Can’t get the app to open on iPhone. Crashes every time after I log in.

JamPlay had been great. It is not compatible with the latest iOS updates. It crashes at login.
