## Guzman y Gomez Singapore Reviews in Singapur

### **--- "Unable to scan QR code"
Keep being unable to scan QR code despite relying, reinstalling app etc. need option to manually input table number!
-- Jehu1911, 2026-09-19

### *---- "Does not work"
Terrible app - it says not set up correctly so I can’t collect points. But I am logged already had tried resetting with the staff at the counter. Also why do u need full location rather than just while using app?
-- Lightrayzz, 2026-08-25

### *---- "Bad"
Bad
-- Hahah1254, 2026-08-22

### *---- "No delivery"
Only pickup or dine in. I don’t need an app for dine in honestly
-- xinbailu, 2026-08-14

### ****- "PLEASE CAN YOU ADD CUSTOMS LIKE NO CORN PLS"
i’m begging
-- Cl12579, 2026-08-06

### *---- "Unable to check out"
App not working properly
-- Jia Lee, 2026-08-06

### *---- "Useless GPS location tracking"
I pre-order my meal in the train to set to be picked up near my office. It’s already set correctly. But the location tracking sent my order to the GYG based on GPS’s nearby branch rather than the one I set and want to pickup from. What a useless feature and troublesome waste of time and energy to worry about the wrong location pickup.
-- Taemin Crepsley, 2026-08-03

### *---- "Mr"
Worst app ever. Ordered dine-in but it was a takeaway order. Everyone ate and I didn’t :(
-- boobieszzzz, 2026-07-27

### *---- "Useless"
The point system is so bad. And there’s really no perks to signing up for yet another app that’s going to take up your storage and clutter your Home Screen.
-- HeronV_, 2026-07-14

### *---- "Bad"
Feedback sent in was not followed up. Doesn’t give you the option to choose your desired time of pick up
-- Deepfakesss, 2026-07-05

### *---- "The worst app"
…..
-- Haaland124, 2026-07-02

### *---- "Unable to pay via the app"
App has issues making payment via the app for collection. Now my points are gone too
-- C4st4way, 2026-05-28

### *---- "checking out"
when i'm trying to make payment for my order i clicked on checkout just for a notification in the middle of the screen showing "checkout" and nothing happens
-- czs711, 2026-05-19

### *---- "This app is unusable"
When I created a account I had to do two factor verification, however upon putting in the OTP sent to my email it would say the OTP is invalid and also give me a “please try again” error message when I tried to resend the OTP. This has made the app unusable and I am not able to claim rewards, claim points, order from the app and even logging into my account
-- Alfred mogermonty, 2026-05-16

### *---- "Bad App"
Would give a 0 star if i could. They asked for Location Permission and then when i ordered something, it auto relocated to dunearn road. What purpose does the app show if it automatically relocates the order to the furthers location where I placed my order?
-- nillalske, 2026-03-27

### *---- "scammed of money"
it was my first time using this app, wanted to give it a try. i placed my order but did not realise that the delivery location was set to a random location which was not near to my location. i was right inside another guzman but the order went to another store? when i told the staff they were very rude about it and did not offer any help at all, HORRIBLE service from the staff and also terrible app. wasted $12, will never come back again
-- guzmanistrash, 2026-03-22

### **--- "Loyalty system is not worth"
$350 worth of credits for a $3 worth item is ABSURD. start cutting the points by a LOT if you want people to stick to using the app
-- HentryHotpipe, 2026-01-22

### *---- "Can’t checkout"
I click on payment and then a random popup that just says “checkout” and the button done appears. Please fix this issue. Won’t purchase if its not with the app
-- vvnwl, 2026-01-21

### *---- "Cannot pay."
Payment function does not work. Could not complete my order.
-- SinoSingap7, 2026-01-20

### *---- "Cannot make order"
Shouldn’t the app at least allow people make order?
-- Jennnnniggyy, 2026-01-20
