Gym Day is a gym workout planner and tracker that makes it easy for you to log and track your weight lifting workouts. Create your own gym workout plans and routines by selecting from an extensive list of exercises such as bench press, barbell squat, deadlift, and a variety of dumbbell, barbell and olympic exercises. The workout tracker also contains built in gym workout plans that you can easily get started on. Some workout schedules included are Stronglifts, 5x5, Madcow, Push Pull Legs (PPL), Starting Strength and much more. Training with weights has never been easier.
When you create your gym workout plans and log your weight lifting workouts, the workout planner will help you visualize your progress. You can view one rep max charts of the major compound exercises like bench press, barbell squat, and deadlift.

False lifetime option

When the app was listed on AppAdvice with lifetime in app purchase for 0.00$ I decided to download the app and the first days it was ok but weeks after lifetime option is gone and I dont have any subscription, lowest of the lows gaining downloads by scamming people

Multiple muscle groups

Besides the pie chart inconsistency I would love to see the ability to pick exercises that benefit multiple muscle groups at one time and to have cardio listed on the pie chart.

I love the app and the features available within I wish you could share created exercises with other users like you can with workout plans I also wouldn’t mind having a suggestion tab to suggest features or exercises to be added to the app other than that so far it has been a great app the only thing I have hated is that I paid for the premium features with the app downloaded from the google play store and I can’t access my account with the app downloaded from the Apple Store apps so all my workouts and progress ect are gone and I had to repay to unlock the premium again

Good idea but lacking in workout library

I was excited to try this app. I’ve been looking for a way to save my multiple workouts from a personal trainer because i moved and will lose everything once I cancel my gym membership. Anything I’ve found was either for actual trainers and priced accordingly or dummed down to force me to use their pre-planned workouts. This app seemed to allow me to replicate my trainer’s programs. Here’s the good: It does allow me to create super sets and add my own exercises. What is lacking is the associated library of exercises. This is extremely limited and the videos are very rudimentary diagrams. Out of 20 exercises I added, only two were in the library. There were zero stretches or functional training moves and about three cable exercises in the library. I was able to add photos with the pro version, but it took almost an hour to open YouTube and screen shot and add a photo of each of the exercises. It would be helpful if I could link a video to the exercise I create. Also I was only allowed to choose one muscle group for each exercise and most of mine involve multiple muscles. Seems this app has a lot of potential. It just needs a ton more exercises on the library and the ability to add videos. Also the creation of supersets was glitchy. It would be helpful if I could designate a superset of 3 one time, rather than forcing me to check each exercise three times.

This has been my go-to tracker for years now. Always reliable and has most everything a person needs to track progress in workouts. Please give us two features make this totally awesome. 1. Ability to save an on-the-fly workout as a new plan or add to a custom plan, and 2. make superset building, saving and swapping more versatile, for example the ability to add to a superset, to copy a superset from plan to plan, or to save a custom superset that I can add to a new workout plan🙏

Hands down the best workout tracker app. Love that it’s a 1-time purchase, and that there’s nothing in your face about features you don’t need. Just workout and write down your sessions. Have used it for multiple years, on both android and iOS. Highly recommend.
