## GymNation Reviews in Vereinigte Arabische Emirate

### *---- "VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND GREEDY"
I've been trying to cancel my membership because I left the country and they refuse when I try to do that through the app although I showed the proof. Also they ignore the tickets and complaints I submit and no one contacted me. Gym coaches ignore my WhatsApp texts. And Gymnation also ignores my emails with all the documents I showed as a proof of leaving the country. And they charged me for the new month and they plan to keep charging me without the right to do so. Very unprofessional and greedy.
-- Diaa9827, 2026-10-07

### *---- "Bank details not secure"
Your card information is clearly not secure, and there’s no way to change or remove the payment method on the app.

I have been repeatedly charged for a subscription that ended in 2023, at a branch I can’t even access because I am registered with a different branch. This raises a serious concern, how does this branch have access to my new bank card details in the first place?

I have raised this issue with the receptionists multiple times, and I am always told that the other branch will contact me. It has now been two weeks, and no one has reached out to me or provided an explanation.
-- Angel@S, 2026-10-06

### *---- "Don’t register"
The worst gym ever, they will keep trying to take money from you for the rest of your life and you won’t be able to cancel your membership until you are dead
-- Dr.Jawahry, 2026-09-30

### *---- "Payment issue"
I am extremely disappointed with the service. They take the fees on time every month, but they repeatedly attempt to charge my bank card twice. I have made several complaints and sent multiple emails, but I have never received a clear explanation or proper solution.

Every time I speak to the reception team, I am told that the issue will be resolved, but it keeps happening. This has made me feel very uncomfortable and, honestly, I no longer feel that my payment information is safe with them.

I have even had to cancel my bank card twice because of these repeated unauthorized attempts. This is completely unacceptable, and I am very unhappy with the way this issue has been handled.

### *---- "They will keep deducting from our credit card, no option to cancel it"
Pathetic business stategy
-- Pratu1992, 2026-09-29

### *---- "No option to cancel the subscription even after 12 months (End of contract)"
There is proper way to cancel it. It’s been more than 13 months and they still charge every month. And there is contact info provided to send the email that my contract has ended. Now i no longer want this subscription so stop charging automatically from my card.
They don’t respond on whatsapp when you ask for cancellation.

### ***** "Love the new app"
Quick and easy class bookings plus all your stats in one place
-- Rory the mc, 2026-09-18

### ***** "Smooth, easy, chic"
The app is fantastic, super easy to use and a very chic interface as well. You can do so much on the app alone - it’s great!
