The one reason why people get reward cards is to track their points. This app does not even load the card correctly. “Oops something went wrong. Please check your data” message when connected to WIFI. 좀 잘 만들면 안되나요?

The prices on the app are SO much more expensive than in-store. For example, a box of Shin Ramen is 16.99 in-store. It's on sale for 18.99 on the app. Don't rely on app to see prices. Also, why is accessing the smart card so stupidly developed? Why do I need to go in-store just to add my email address to the card? Why wasn't that done in the first place when I signed up for the card?

Can’t add credit card. Get error every time. I verified info, tried on 2 PCs and 2 iPhones. Waited on hold for 30 mins on their fake CS phone number. Emailed and they never replied. I don’t know how they can get away with having customer service that is this bad. They are too cheap to hire anyone or fix problems with their site and app. Run, don’t walk away from this one…

Signed up for Smart Card, after submitting all the personal information and submit, it wouldn’t display the Smart Card. Re-sign up, will return error “oops, something went wrong”. This is a buggy app that does not work. What a waste of time :(

App allows you to create an account through sign-in with Apple but then never lets you log in to it. I can access my account on a browser, but never the app. Unfortunately, the only way to use a smart rewards card is with the app. Utterly pointless

I’m not sure why I can’t register for a rewards card on the website and need to download the app, because the app is horribly optimized. It’s buggy, hard to navigate and no matter how many times I try, I can’t register a card. Please just let us use the website because this is app is embarrassing

I signed up for a smart card at least 6 times and it after filling in all the information, I get a “oops something went wrong”. I thought it was the location but I have tried 6 times over a period of 3 days. Forget it! I’m not trying anymore. They need to update this app pronto.

App forces you to create a new account and will not allow you to login using a currently existing account. This is a huge failure in design.

The app is just stupid! After registering the smart reward, there is no where to find the card and use it!! Just delete it not to waste your time

It’s literally nearing the end of 2024 and developers can still manage to make horrible apps? Not user friendly and pulling up the H Mart card takes forever to load 🤬
