This app has some of the worst user interface I have ever seen. You must add a minimum of $10 to your balance every time you load up. When you start a dryer load, it prompts you with “add 7 more minutes for .25?” With the selectable options “cancel” or “ok.” It is deliberately misleading. I can’t help but think of all the older folks who are forced into using this dumb app after paying in quarters for a lifetime. The amount of time I waste with this slow app makes me miss my old quarter op machines. This app has removed my agency to do my own laundry. Why are we deliberately making a simple machine more difficult to use? It’s disingenuous and insulting.

Dryer is constantly broken and not worth the money. They raised the price of my loads almost twice as much. Also, the ability to not add a balance of less than 10 dollars is scummy. Most of the time when I’m doing laundry I barely have enough money to cover it. I would say take your service elsewhere, but living in an apartment, for most of us there is no other options.

Only complaint is I wish it let me have more than one card saved for adding funds

Need to be more cleaned up the washer and dryer is very dirty
