Just wanted to give you a big thank you for all that you and your employees do. Had large tree branch fall, blocking the city sidewalk. They came quickly, considering all the down tree calls they had. When I was raking up the debris, the street washer came and finished the job. I m proud to be a resident of Hammond, a city that works!

This app and the great job our Street Department does day in and day out is a winning combination.

So easy to notify the city when I have large item pickups. And they are very responsive. Nothing but good things to say about this service.

What's the point of anonymous reporting when it lists the address of the person reporting. I won't use it again. Garbage. F- And to top it off you gave to give it a star in order to rate Garbage No stars

It’s very helpful and informative.... I like being able to see what’s going on in the city and the response time is great.!

I've used this app several times. The response time is very quick. I have NO complaints or problems with it.
