Can’t even login into the app and this has been going on for months. Useless team

2/3 of the time I’ve tried using coupons on the app, it buggs when I try to pay, telling me to call the restaurant lol. Fix it please !

I’ve tried a few different times using both a stored card and Apple Pay and it has been failing to process payment every time The app used to work well for me but since an update I suppose I have to log in every time I open the app and payments don’t go through

The app keeps logging me out. It’s ridiculous to have to log in every single time to order. It also doesn’t remember addresses which is super annoying

I’ve been to a few locations but one person in one location doesn’t accept coupons off the app if you are ordering in person. Please be consistent this is EXTREMELY frustrating

This app stopped working months ago and nobody at Harvey's will even acknowledge a problem. I have reinstalled it at least 10 times and still will not open

Was able to place two orders successfully and they were delivered without a hitch using the app. Tried playing another order a few weeks later and there is a pending charge for the order but the restaurant is closed or not taking orders. Have tried different times during the week and get same message. App works to take your money but not to give you your order.

This app worked about a month ago. Now, every time I try to place an order it pops up an error to call the store. My credit card gets charged. I am already at the location so I’d go ask if they received the order and they say no. The order doesn’t show up on my order history and the credit card charge gets reversed after a few days (up to a week). I’d have to repeat the order to the cashier and wait for my order to be made. It happened at multiple locations. App is useless if I can’t put in my order ahead of time.

This app is beyond use. The app won’t actually open for several attempts and keeps pulling up error codes. Then when I am able to get onto the app, it runs slow and it won’t let me complete orders.

The app never seems to work. Always getting error messages. Harveys should fix it or just eliminate it.
